Zoning

The first thing to do when you are going into business is to check the Zoning District that you will be located. You will need to determine what type of Business you are in and to determine what zoning classification you will need. In order to do this, click on our Zoning Ordinance Chapter 102 and see what classification you require. (This link will bring you to Gretna's Code of Ordinances, scroll down to Chapter 102 to review.)

Once you determine your classification, find your location on our Zoning Map. Make sure the zoning district is what you need.
