The Purchasing Division of the Department of Finance is responsible for all city purchases, contracts and bids.

 

All materials, supplies and contracts over $20,000 are advertised for public bidding as per the Louisiana Public Bid Law (La. R.S. 38:2211-2296). We advertise in our Official Legal Journal, The Times Picayune, and will soon begin posting bid ads on our site.
