The City of Gretna is concerned for your safety. As a resident of Gretna, should you or your family need transportation during a Hurricane Evacuation, the City will provide transportation to the Alario Center for the State of Louisiana Evacuation Program.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO FILL OUT THE 2010 HURRICANE EVACUATION SURVEY SO OUR RECORDS CAN BE UP TO DATE!
You are requested to fill out the survey form by clicking on the link below and provide contact information in the event of an emergency. The Office of the Mayor will contact you should our area be threatened with a hurricane event. Our city vehicles will pick you up and transport you to the Jefferson Parish Bus Staging area in Westwego where you will be processed and evacuated to a safe haven. When the emergency ends and you return to the Staging area at the Alario Center, Gretna will return you to your home.
