Spaces Re-Opening in the City of Gretna

For Immediate Release

Spaces Re-Opening in the City of Gretna:
In phase I, the City of Gretna will re-open all green spaces of parks and all dog parks at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 15th.
All playground equipment and tot lots will remain closed for now. All park shelters and gazebos, as well as the Gretna Cultural Center for the Arts and the Mel Ott Multipurpose Center are closed at this time. There will be no rental of these spaces and facilities until further notice.
Gretna City Hall will remain closed to the public for the next few weeks, however, city services are continuing. City business may be done online at localhost or by phone (504) 363-1500.
City Court will resume on Monday, June 1st.
Please note that the location has temporarily been moved to the Gretna Cultural Center for the Arts at 740 4th Street
(corner of 4th Street & Huey P. Long Avenue)
