5 PM – 9 PM. Enjoy a champagne strut along Huey P. Long Ave., stopping at each participating restaurant/bar enjoying a $5 signature drink from an official Parade the Huey glass. (Starts at Gattuso’s and ends at Rivershack) Enter for your chance to be King/Queen of Gretna’s Mardi Gras!

G-REDI King Cake Social

Wednesday, January 21

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Sample delicious king cakes from area bakeries and vote for your favorite at the Gretna Farmer’s Market.  Cost is $10 a person.

Krewe of Kuties Parade

Saturday, January 24

2 PM. Bring the little ones to this children’s parade that circles Huey P. Long Avenue from 3rd to 8th and back up to 3rd on Huey P. Long Avenue. Bubbles on Parade will be available for rent during the parade from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Call the Tourism Department to reserve your spot, 504-363-1580.

Lundi Gras Concert

Monday, February 16

6 PM. Come enjoy a free concert at the Farmer’s Market. Food and drinks will be available to purchase from vendors.
