All City of Gretna offices and buildings will be closed on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, & Friday, January 2, 2026, in observance of the New Year’s holiday. They will reopen on Monday, January 5, at their regularly scheduled times. All City services will be suspended on 12/31, 1/1, and 1/2 except for water emergencies, which may be reported to (504) 363-1540.
The Mayor and City Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 5:30 PM in the council chambers of City Hall, 740 2nd Street. The agenda will be available at NovusAgenda once it is finalized.
