Bring the little ones to this children’s parade that circles Huey P. Long Avenue from 1st to 5th on Huey P. Long Avenue. Bubbles on Parade will be available for rent during the parade from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. Call the Tourism Department to reserve your spot, 504-363-1580.
