Adoption at the October 13, 2021 Council Regular Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gretna City Council will meet in regular session to conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 5:30 PM, at Gretna City Hall, 740 Second Street, Council Chambers, (second floor), Gretna, Louisiana 70053, for consideration and adoption of the below ordinance:

An ordinance ratifying emergency Ordinance No. 4942, of the State of Emergency declared for the City of Gretna, on August 27, 2021, by Mayor Belinda C. Constant; and acknowledging the state of emergency declared by Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng, in accordance with LA R.S. 29:727; and effecting the City of Gretna, authorizing the expenditure of emergency funds related to Tropical System Ida; and effecting the Emergency Overtime Payroll Policy on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 7:00 a.m. of the Declared Emergency or imminent threat of weather-related disaster.
