Online Payment Options an Alternative to Walk-In Payments

To Reduce Unnecessary In-Person Exposure
To Possible Illnesses

The city offers several alternatives to in-person payments at City Hall. Citizens are asked to please utilize these options to reduce unnecessary social exposure to help mitigate the possible spread of illnesses.

Pay Utilities

Utility payments can be made online at the automated payment kiosk by the front door of City Hall.  Non-cash payments can also be mailed or dropped in the green depository box on Huey P Long Avenue (river-bound) next to City Hall. Online payments can be made by registering and following the instructions at Municipal Online Payments. Utility customers may also email the department at waterbilling@gretnala.com to ask for a bank draft enrollment form to have their monthly payment automatically drafted from a checking or savings account.

Pay Property Taxes

2019 Property Taxes are now available for payment online at Municipal Online Payments. Cash, check, or credit card payments can also be made at the walk-up kiosk at the front of City Hall. Non-cash payments can also be mailed or dropped in the green depository box on Huey P Long Avenue (river-bound) next to City Hall.
