All City of Gretna offices and buildings will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, at their regularly scheduled times. All City services will be suspended on 5/25 except for water emergencies, which may be reported to (504) 363-1540.

Gretna Tour of Homes Postponed until April 14

The Gretna Historical Society Spring Tour of Homes, scheduled for Sunday, April 7 has been postponed until Sunday, April 14 due to expected bad weather.
